Her husband is a builder, so she is able to tell which houses are built well. I was very fortunate to find Dee on Zillow. I was looking to purchase a condo in Scottsdale and was looking while out of state. I was in town for a weekend and requested more information on a particular property on Zillow and Dee called me within minutes. She was available to meet with me the same day and was able to schedule multiple showings that same day. As luck would have it, while we were looking at other properties a new listing appeared that I was very interested in. The Scottsdale market is not currently easy for buyers with multiple offers on many properties with limited supply available.
